Few Americans know the island paradise Guadeloupe, French Antilles (aka French West Indies) because it’s a department of France and therefore primarily popular with EU visitors.
However, fans around the world follow “Death in Paradise,” the popular British detective series. Set on the fictitious Caribbean island of “Saint Marie,” it’s actually filmed in and around the town of Deshaies, Guadeloupe.
There I sought out and photographed numerous series filming locations, and compiled them for your enjoyment into this “Death in Paradise On-Location Legacy* Photo Wall Calendar.”
So enjoy this vicarious visit to “Honoré, Saint Marie!”
